Coin Master Thor's Wheel: tokens, rewards & strategy

Thor's Wheel is a Coin Master event wheel where you spend tokens to win spins, Joker cards, chests, and coins. Here's how it works and how to use tokens well.

Thor’s Wheel is a separate reward wheel in Coin Master — distinct from the main slot machine — that you spin using Thor Wheel Tokens. Rewards include spins, Joker cards, chests, coin boosters, and more. The wheel levels up as you hit grand prize tiles, gradually offering better prizes. Tokens don’t expire between events, so there’s a real decision to make about when to spend them.

How Thor’s Wheel works

Each spin costs one Thor Wheel Token. The wheel has multiple tiles with different prizes — spins, coins, chests, Joker cards, boosters. Once you win a tile’s reward, that tile grays out. You can’t win the same prize twice until the wheel resets.

Purple tiles are the grand prize. Landing on one advances you to the next wheel level, which has more valuable prizes than the one before it. Multiple purple tiles may appear on a single wheel, giving multiple chances to level up in one session. Progression continues until you reach the MAX level — the top tier with the best rewards available.

Between regular levels, you may encounter Special Wheels — Bronze, Silver, and Gold variants with upgraded prize pools. These are bonus wheels that don’t count toward your level number; they sit between regular levels as an extra reward layer.

Won rewards are added to your inventory immediately. If the app closes mid-event, rewards are delivered on restart.

The Thor Jackpot Wheel

The Jackpot Wheel runs alongside the regular Thor Wheel. Red tiles on the wheel are Jackpot tiles. Landing on one awards the current Jackpot reward, then resets the Jackpot to a higher level. This continues until the Jackpot reaches its own max level, at which point it resets back to level 1.

Jackpot tiles can also carry bar progress — landing on one with a bar symbol awards both the Jackpot reward and fills the progress bar simultaneously.

Thor Wheel progress bars

Some tiles have unique icons. Landing on these fills a dedicated progress bar. When the bar is completely full, you receive a prize and the bar resets with a new reward waiting. This continues until the last mission on the bar is claimed.

Thunder Spin booster

Thunder Spin is a booster that adds a second pointer to the wheel, giving you two wins per single token spend. Both pointers land on different tiles — you can’t win duplicates from a single spin. Either pointer can land on Jackpot tiles.

Thunder Spin has both a time limit and a usage limit — it ends whichever comes first. The remaining uses are visible directly under the pointer. Thunder Spin can be won on the Thor Wheel itself or through events and promotions.

How to get Thor Wheel Tokens

Tokens come from participating in in-game events and from in-game purchase offers. There are no reliably free Thor tokens outside of events — Moon Active hasn’t provided a free daily token allowance.

Tokens do not expire. If a Thor Wheel event ends while you still have tokens, they’re kept and available the next time the wheel opens. This makes saving tokens a viable strategy.

The wheel is accessible via the wheel icon on the main screen or from the bottom-right of the Daily Bonus Wheel screen. When no Thor Wheel event is active, the wheel appears locked.

Are there free Thor Wheel tokens?

There is no guaranteed free token source in normal gameplay. Tokens occasionally appear as event milestone rewards, but they aren’t distributed through daily reward links or free spin links. If you see a site claiming to offer free Thor tokens through a generator or link, that’s not a legitimate source.

The most reliable way to accumulate tokens is through active participation in whatever in-game events list them as milestone rewards.

Strategy: when to spend tokens

Because tokens carry over between events, many players save them rather than spending immediately. Common reasons to hold:

  • Wait for a Jackpot bonus — some events add a bonus to the Jackpot tile’s reward value. Spending tokens while a Jackpot bonus is active means better Jackpot payouts when you land on red tiles
  • Wait for a chest bonus — similarly, bonus events on chest rewards from the wheel increase the value of chest tiles
  • Batch spending vs trickle spinning — spending a larger batch of tokens in one session means you can push further up the level progression in a single run, reaching the MAX level where the best rewards concentrate

The community consensus is that holding tokens until at least one bonus is active (Jackpot bonus or chest bonus) increases the overall value of a token session.

FAQ

What is Thor’s Wheel in Coin Master?

Thor’s Wheel is an event-gated reward wheel you spin using Thor Wheel Tokens. Prizes include spins, Joker cards, chests, and coin boosters. The wheel levels up each time you land on a purple grand prize tile.

How do I get Thor Wheel Tokens?

Tokens come from in-game events and purchase offers. They don’t expire, so unspent tokens carry over to the next time the wheel is available.

Are there free Thor Wheel tokens?

There’s no reliable free token source in normal gameplay. Tokens occasionally appear as event milestone prizes. There are no free Thor token links.

What happens when I reach MAX level on Thor’s Wheel?

MAX is the top tier — the wheel’s highest reward level. Once you’ve collected the MAX level prizes, continued spins reset the wheel. The MAX level itself cycles rather than ending permanently once you first reach it.

Does Thor’s Wheel reset when the event ends?

Your progress on the wheel and your token balance are both saved when the event ends. You resume from the same wheel level and token count when the event returns.

What is the Thunder Spin booster?

Thunder Spin adds a second pointer to the wheel, letting you win two prizes per token spend. It has a time limit and a usage limit — whichever expires first ends the booster.

Should I save Thor Wheel Tokens or spend them immediately?

Saving until a Jackpot bonus or chest bonus event is active generally gives better value per token. Batch spending in one session also lets you push further up the level progression compared to spreading tokens across multiple short sessions.
