Team Chest is a cooperative event in Coin Master where your entire team works together to fill a shared progress bar. When the bar is full, everyone who contributed enough earns a chest reward. The better your team performs and the higher your league tier, the more valuable the reward.
How Team Chest works
When Team Chest is active, a progress bar appears in the Teams section. Every member of the team earns keys (points) through attacks and raids during the event window. Keys contributed by all members fill the progress bar collectively.
The team can unlock up to 10 chests in a single event run. Each successive chest requires more keys and pays out a better reward than the one before it. The higher the multiplier level when you spin, the more keys you earn per attack or raid, so active players with a coin buffer to spin at a higher multiplier contribute significantly more to the total.
The event ends when the timer runs out. If the team reaches the minimum threshold, the Team Chest becomes available to collect. If not, it shows as ended without a reward.
Who can claim the Team Chest reward
Moon Active has specific eligibility requirements:
- You must contribute the minimum required points to the team total
- The team must complete at least the first mission
- You must be a member of the team when the event starts and throughout the entire event
- You cannot claim a reward if you leave the team mid-event, even if you rejoin
- You cannot claim if you join a team that has already opened their Team Chest
- You cannot claim if you are kicked from the team during the event
Rewards can be collected only after the event ends. They expire if left unclaimed, so collect promptly.
Team Chest Leagues
Team Chest Leagues add a competitive layer on top of the cooperative mechanic. Teams are ranked against other teams based on how many chests they complete during an event. The higher your team ranks in the league, the better the prizes.
At the end of a season:
- Top teams advance to the next higher league tier — better missions, better rewards
- Bottom teams drop down to a lower tier
Members of top-ranked teams also receive additional personal prizes on top of the shared chest reward.
League tier directly affects reward quality. A team that consistently completes Team Chest events and advances through leagues will earn more valuable chests than one that barely meets the minimum.
How to increase your contribution
- Attack and raid as much as possible during the event window — keys come from both
- Use a higher multiplier when you can — higher multiplier levels earn more keys per action
- Coordinate with your team — remind active members when the event is live so everyone contributes rather than a few carrying the rest
- Don’t leave mid-event — you forfeit your claim to the reward regardless of how many keys you contributed before leaving
How to collect your reward
When the event ends, tap on the progress bar in the Teams section to open the Team Contributors leaderboard. If you’re eligible, a Collect button will be available. Tap it to claim your chest reward.
