The Tiger is Coin Master’s attack pet. When it’s fed and active, it adds bonus coins to the loot you earn each time you attack another player’s village. If you’re doing an attack session — especially during an event like Attack Madness — feeding Tiger first is the straightforward way to increase what you take home.
What the Tiger does
Tiger’s ability triggers every time you perform a successful attack on another player’s village. It adds a bonus coin reward on top of whatever you would have earned normally. The size of that bonus scales with Tiger’s level — the higher the level, the more coins Tiger adds per attack.
Tiger stacks with attack-boosting events. During Attack Madness or Ultra Attack, your attack rewards are already multiplied. Tiger’s bonus applies on top of that, making the combination of an active Tiger and an attack event one of the most efficient coin-farming setups in the game (Source: Moon Active support).
Tiger is not a defensive pet — it does nothing to protect your village from incoming attacks. That’s Rhino’s job.
How to unlock Tiger
Tiger is unlocked by completing the Beasts card collection. The collection contains nine cards:
- Reef Guardian
- Emu
- Snoozy Camel
- Mighty Eagle
- MC Buffalo
- Asian Elephant
- Ocean King
- El Tiger
- Mighty Lion
Tiger becomes available once you reach Village 20. Cards for the Beasts collection come from chests — opening chests in a boom village improves your odds on rarer cards in the set.
How to level up Tiger
Feed Tiger regularly to accumulate XP and advance its level. Higher levels mean a larger coin bonus per attack. You can also use Pet XP items to speed up levelling — these drop from chests, card set completions, and events.
Pet outfits provide an additional layer of ability boost on top of Tiger’s base level. Tiger outfits increase the attack coin bonus further. Outfits come from events, milestone reward chests, and the Golden Pass. Duplicate outfits can be fused into a stronger single outfit.
When to use Tiger
- Before any attack session, especially if you’ve accumulated attack spins
- When Attack Madness is active — Tiger stacks with the event multiplier
- When Ultra Attack is active — same principle, Tiger adds on top
- When a Golden Pass task requires attacking with Tiger specifically
If you’re not doing attacks, there’s no point having Tiger active over Foxy or Rhino. Switch to whichever pet matches what you’re about to do.
At Village 200+ with Pet Crew unlocked, you can feed all three pets simultaneously and keep Tiger active alongside Foxy and Rhino. Until then, choose based on your session goal.
Tiger vs Foxy
Both Tiger and Foxy increase coin earnings, but from different actions:
| Pet | Triggers on | Best event pairing |
|---|---|---|
| Tiger | Attacks | Attack Madness, Ultra Attack |
| Foxy | Raids | Raid Madness, Coin Craze |
If you’re working through a spin session that’s hitting a mix of attacks and raids, Tiger is better for attack-heavy streaks and Foxy is better for raid-heavy ones. Neither is universally better — it depends on what the slot machine gives you. For a full comparison see the Coin Master pets guide.
FAQ
What does Tiger do in Coin Master?
Tiger adds bonus coins to the loot you earn from attacks. The bonus scales with Tiger’s level. It activates automatically on every successful attack while Tiger is fed and awake.
How do I get Tiger in Coin Master?
Complete the Beasts card collection: Reef Guardian, Emu, Snoozy Camel, Mighty Eagle, MC Buffalo, Asian Elephant, Ocean King, El Tiger, and Mighty Lion. Tiger unlocks at Village 20.
Does Tiger help with defence?
No. Tiger only affects attack rewards. For village defence, use Rhino.
How do I level up Tiger?
Feed Tiger with pet food to accumulate XP. You can also use Pet XP items to speed up the process. Higher levels increase the coin bonus Tiger adds per attack.
Can Tiger and Foxy be active at the same time?
Yes — from Village 200 onwards, the Pet Crew feature lets you feed all three pets simultaneously so their abilities all run at once.
Is Tiger worth using over Foxy?
It depends on your session. Tiger is the better choice when you’re specifically doing attacks or when Attack Madness is active. Foxy is better during raid-heavy sessions or when Raid Madness is live. Use whichever matches what you’re doing.
